Bellow are two adverts i have studied in more detail:

This is an advert for the artist 'Willy Mason's' single 'we can be strong'. Willy Mason has a certain image of a country western singer with worn clothes some through backs to the beat neck generations, the image in this advert sticks to this persona by having the two children dressed in 1950's clothes and being in a worn down house. The font used in the advert also conforms to this by being patchy not spaced evenly, not inline and looking like it was written on a typewriter.
This advert is for the band 'Rusted Root' and their album 'When I Woke', this is a very simple advert with the bands name/logo being the most eye-catching thing, it draws fan's to the advert then gives them all the information they need below. The picture is quit psychedelic and looks slightly tribal which i guess is to appeal to their target audience, it also has a big quote from a reviewer comparing to other bands, this is to appeal to the fan's of those bands and make them buy the album.
